Indigenous coastal bushland on the well managed and relatively wide Crown Land Foreshore Reserve, but with unnecessary stresses due to commercial zoning being too close, at Station Street, SEAFORD. Note the Kananook Creek and its Reserve inland of, and parallel to, the row of shops.
The building nearest the sea is the old Seaford Life Saving Club, which is proposed to be replaced by a new structure.
