One of the few areas of extensive coastal open space left on Port Phillip - better open space zoning (see Map 42) is needed. Spray Farm is just west of Point Richards, the area to which the still existing Port Bellarine Tourist Resort Act 1981, which authorizes construction of a large marina here, applies.
